He has extensive experience in marketing and his product management experience includes stints at Godfrey Phillips, Colgate Palmolive and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health Care. He has also worked as General Manager-Marketing & Sales at 'Vivus' and was CEO of an FMCG company in Sri Lanka.

| Ashley Dias | 
His experience in the HR function ranges from his current role as HR-Incharge at Manipal Hospital, Goa (a unit of Manipal Health Systems Pvt. Ltd.) his experience with handling recruitment at ICICI Bank Ltd. and his consulting experience at Positive Moves (I) Pvt. Ltd. He has completed his PGDM from Goa Institute of Management. He conducts sessions on Health Professional Recruitment at the Institute.

He has over ten years of experience in manufacturing and operations and has also been involved in project management and implementing quality. He is the Unit Head at Essel Propack Limited. His areas of interest include operations management and project management and he offers course on production and operations management at the Institute.

| Dr. Dyson Peter Misquitta | 
He is a Public Health Professional with a Masters in Health Administration (MHA) from the School of Health Systems Studies; Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has a diverse experience in Public Health in regards to management, research, monitoring & evalution, etc. He has worked as Epidemiologist (Consultant) with the Integrated Diseases Surveillance Project, Directorate of Health Services, Government of Goa.

| Jaideep Redkar | 
He has over eighteen years of experience in the capital goods, process (cement), pharmaceutical and FMCG industries in operations management and maintenance, layout planning and project management and organizational change management. He has consulting experience in restructuring operations and supply chain operation assessment in the pharmaceutical sector and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Sigma.

| John F S Rodrigues | 
John Rodrigues has a PGDM in Operations Marketing and a Masters in Industrial Engineering. His areas of interest are Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and Project Management. John’s experience with the corporate sector includes Thermax Ltd., Marico Industries Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., and GENPACT. He is presently a Project Manager at Machado & Sons Agents & Stevedores Pvt. Ltd. He conducts the courses on Decision Sciences, Supply Chain and Project Management at the Institute.

| Krishna Mehta | 
She completed her medicine from Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune University and has done her post graduate diploma in Hospital Administration.
Her clinical experience spans over three years and includes a stint at the Breach Candy Hospital. During her stint with Wockhardt (now Fortis) Hospital, Mulund, she was involved in JCI survey participation, ICU management, OT management, Quality Improvement, Ward Administration and Academic Co-ordination of DNB programmes and CMEs. She organised and conducted an Epilepsy Support Group Programme for epilepsy patients and has conducted a Bariatric Conference (Asia Oceania Conference on Obesity) at Wockhardt Hospitals along with Dr. Ramen Goel.
She has managed the Sterling-Wockhardt Hospital, Vashi and was Manager-Medical Administration, Breach Candy Hospital. She has done a consulting project on Medical Tourism for Powerweave Software Solutions and worked as Medical Advisor at IMS Health India, a division of IMS Health, USA where she successfully launched the IMS India Medical Audit in June 1999.

She has over 12 years experience in the corporate world & managing business. Her experience includes managing working capital, project appraisal, financial statement analysis, budgeting & evaluating capital budgeting projects. A management graduate from Goa University, she has been involved with academics for over nine years.

| Neetant D. Sinai Shirodkar | A practicing Foreign Trade Consultant, he has completed a correspondence course in Foreign Trade from the Indian Institute in Foreign Trade and his Executive PGDM from the Goa Institute of Management. He has over nine years of experience in foreign trade consulting where he has consulted several organizations including those in the hospitality, Manufacturing, Mining & Fishery sectors.

| Nila Nayak | 
She has corporate experience of seven years in Human Resource Management in the areas of Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Compensation Management and setting up of systems and processes for start up companies. She has consulted with corporates in the area of training, systems and processes and Employee satisfaction surveys. She has also taught at the Goa Institute of Management and the Management Department, Goa University in the area of Human Resources. She is a Graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, specialized in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations

| Sangeeta Nayak | 
An MCA from Goa University, she has over fifteen years of teaching experience in the area of Information Systems. She has taught at the Fore School of Management, Sunway College, Malaysia and at the Goa University. She is the Publisher Editor of Digital Goa, an IT fortnightly. She conducts the course on Management Information Systems at the Institute.

| Shailesh Usgaonkar | 
A practicing Chartered Accountant, he has over 17 years of experience in the areas of audit, taxation and financial management. He also teaches at the ICAI accredited centres for PE-I & PE-II courses in Goa and the ICFAI Business School. He has served on the panel of examiners for M.Com. & B. Pharm. courses of the Goa University and has participated as a resource person at state level seminars on accountancy, taxation, auditing and finance. He offers courses on financial accounting at the Institute.
